We are pleased to introduce our line of anointing oils!

We recommend that you use them in a variety of ways, including by not limited to: Using during various rituals, wearing as a perfume, connecting with the olfactory sense to feel alive in your body or using to anchor intentions or wishes into your energetic field to amplify manifestation.

Most common places for ritualistic use traditionally are the forehead (third eye), wrists & hands. Feet are also considered a spiritually connected part of the body (remembering the story in the Bible when Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume & poured it on Jesus' feet and wiped his feet with her hair.) However you can apply to your neck to wear as a nice perfume!

Shadow Work-Trauma, Inner Demons, Healing

*The act of anointing a person is to "smear or rub with oil, typically as part of a religious ceremony."

Historically, the practice of using anointing oils in rituals is prevalent throughout the world & in many religious and spiritual traditions. 

Christianity, Judaism, Vedic rituals in India, Buddhism, Catholicism & various Pagan denominations all have anointing rituals that are still practiced to do this day.

**Fun Fact**

'Abremalin Oil' is an anointing oil whose recipe was adapted from the Jewish Holy anointing oil of the Tanakh, which was described in the book of Exodus. It more recent years it became more popular in the Western esotericism community. Alesiter Crowley, a famous & infamous Occultist who developed the spiritual ideology of Thelema used a variation of this oil in his rituals.

There are various reasons to anoint someone with oil in a ritual.

Traditional reasons include:

-Blessing

-Historically used in coronation of European Monarchs

-Used a connector between the body & the divine

-Showing hospitality

-Usually oils were aromatic, so they were helpful in creating a layer over the skin to prevent odours coming out of ones' pores

However, the reasons why we anoint our fellow practitioners are not limited to these reasons. Initiation rituals, invoking various entities, anchoring intentions or wishes, showing love and care to those you are practicing alongside with are just a few other ways to use anointing oils.
