Burning Instructions: Light the stick with matches or a lighter. Hold the stick at an approximate 45 degree angle to the flame. Allow it to burn until it is fully ignited (around 30 seconds to one minute) and then blow out. To clear the energy in your space, move throughout the house, car, building, etc., to smudge the space. Once the area has been worked with, place the stick in a fire-proof bowl or smudging shell. The stick will go out on it's own unless you choose to blow the ember to keep the smoke going. Please always use caution and respect when using fire and burning objects - stay safe!
