After suffering through a bad divorce, author Elizabeth Gilbert vowed to never marry again, but then circumstances intervened. Gilbert fell in love with Felipe, a Brazilian-born man of Australian citizenship. Felipe had alsogone through a bad divorce, so he also shared Gilbert's reservations on marriage.
