Measure approximately 7" in length.
Cedar is used for purifying, protection, and to welcome positive energies into a space. It is commonly used in sweat lodges to release any heavy energies.
To use, cut a small piece and place into an appropriate size pot or shell. Ignite, then gently blow on the embers to produce smoke. It is customary to wash the smoke over the ears, eyes, mouth, heart and body.
